What the price covers. The Otter Pro Plus whole-home conditioner, installed by our own licensed technicians, with a 5-year warranty on tanks, media and valves. Reverse osmosis drinking water — the Otter Ultra-6 — is a separate product, sold separately, and is not included in the softener’s installed price.
